Freddy Takes Time Off

You may have noticed that Freddy has been absent from a few games recently.

Unfortunately Freddy was diagnosed with testicular cancer in October last year and has been undergoing hospital treatment to cure the disease. Freddy had an operation at the end of October and although he managed to attend a few games over Christmas he is now resting after having chemotherapy.

One thing that has cheered Freddy up throughout his illness is all the kind messages of support he has received from both the club and the supporters of Halifax Town. Freddy is extremely thankful for all the kind words and messages and appreciates how lucky he is to be part of a great club with such wonderful supporters.

Freddy apologises to everyone for his absence and hopes to be back on duty very soon.
